Hello, I am Aalekh Jain
Founder & CEOAalekh taught more than 3,000 students through seminars at universities across India while he was still a student at IIIT Hyderabad, worked at Microsoft and with the LeetCode team, and left in 2022 to start Anuyog from Indore. He leads strategy, the fintech practice, and most client discovery calls.
His north star is to keep the company small enough that every engineer knows every client, and every client knows at least one founder. Four years and 132 products later, that has held.

Anuyog is not a coined word. It is four of them.
Jain scripture divides all knowledge into four Anuyogas. The tradition holds that complete understanding comes through all four together, never through any one alone. He named the company after that idea.

Teaching before there was a company. Microsoft and LeetCode before there was a reason to leave them. Then Indore, by choice.
The dates below are the ones that decided what Anuyog would be.
IIIT Hyderabad, and 3,000 students
He studied at IIIT Hyderabad, one of India's top computer science institutions. While he was there he was invited to other universities to run seminars, and taught more than 3,000 students through them. The subjects were AI and data structures and algorithms, years before either became fashionable. He was a student himself: no company, no payroll, nothing in it for him. That is gyaan-daan, and it is the earliest thing on his record.
Microsoft, and LeetCode
He worked at Microsoft, and with the LeetCode team as a core content creator, on the platform where serious software engineers around the world prepare for their careers.
He left, and founded Anuyog
Out of Microsoft to start his own company, named after the four Anuyogas, and built from Indore by choice, with Microsoft and LeetCode already on his record.

A hundred clients, two verticals
Anuyog crossed a hundred clients, across India and internationally, on two verticals: software, and trading.
One percent of the commodities market
The fintech team now handles close to one per cent of the commodities traded on the Indian stock market. Still growing.
He does not do it on his own.
