Questions, answered
Thirty-nine of them, from what we cost to who owns what, so you can decide before you ever speak to us.
Who we are and what we do.
Our office is in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. Most work is remote or hybrid with Indian and international clients.
Anuyog Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in July 2022, after the founder left Microsoft in April that year. The first sketches of the company go back to 2020.
A little over ten of us full time, engineers, designers and quants, plus a trusted network of specialists we bring in for specific problems. You can see who leads the work on the about page.
Every client knows at least one founder by name. There is no account manager between you and the engineer writing your code, and no hand-off when the project gets difficult.
Financial services and algorithmic trading are our deepest specialisation. Beyond that we build for manufacturing, education, healthcare, retail and professional services.
Yes. Much of our work is delivered remotely across India and internationally. Our work runs across India, Australia, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and the UAE. We simply prefer to meet where we can.
Fully bootstrapped. There has been no outside capital in four years, the company has been profitable since its first year, and growth is funded out of work we were paid for.
How the work actually runs.
Twenty-one services across four stages, from getting found through to running and supporting the systems your business depends on. The full list is on the services page.
We would prefer it. The best way to find out whether we are any good is one small thing, done properly.
Then we audit it first and tell you whether it needs rebuilding or repairing. Often repairing is both cheaper and faster.
The same four steps on every project: discover, design, build, operate. We map users, constraints and success metrics before writing code, agree the flows and architecture together, build in short sprints with something deployable each week, and then run it.
Usually within a week of the scope being agreed, and discovery can often happen the same week you call. Typical onboarding is one to two weeks from a signed SOW, and we can stand up a small cell in three to five business days for urgent work.
Progress every week, in something you can open rather than a status document. Short sprints and deploy-ready increments mean there is always a running version to look at.
Both. Fixed-price for well-defined MVPs, time and materials for longer product partnerships.
Small ones are absorbed. Anything that changes the agreed scope is quoted before it is built, so there are no surprises on either side.
Yes. Contracts include 30-day notice clauses, and you are billed for the work completed up to that date.
On retainers, you can stop any month. On builds, the review milestone exists precisely so you see the thing before the final payment.
What we build with, and how.
React and Next.js on the front, Django, FastAPI and Node.js on the back, React Native and Flutter for mobile, PyTorch, TensorFlow and LangChain for AI work, on AWS, GCP or Azure with Docker and Kubernetes, Postgres, Redis and Mongo. We are opinionated about the core stack and pragmatic about picking what fits each engagement.
Usually, yes. Most of our enterprise work is integration rather than replacement: connectors into ERPs, CRMs and third-party APIs, and incremental migrations that replace legacy modules a piece at a time instead of in one rewrite.
Wherever the engagement requires, including inside India. Hosting region is a decision we take with you at discovery, not one we make for you.
Yes, and they can sit in your own name if you would prefer that. Domain, hosting and business email is one of our services rather than something bundled invisibly into a build.
Pragmatic. We use LLMs where they help. All generated code is reviewed by the engineer who ships it.
Yes. We have shipped systems under all three. Compliance is an upfront concern rather than an afterthought.
Same-day, every time. We can also work under your master services agreement.
Your content and business data are yours, always, and exportable at any time. The software itself is licensed to you for your business. Domains and store accounts can sit in your own name if you would prefer that, just tell us.
Your data comes with you, exported in a common format, at any time and including on termination. We will also hand over the running configuration and answer questions from whoever takes it on.
What it costs, and when.
It depends entirely on scope, and every service page carries its own starting price. A content-managed site starts at ₹8,500 and a full website at ₹15,000. Retainers such as SEO or social media run from ₹10,000 a month. A mobile app starts at ₹45,000, and custom software or an ERP at ₹75,000. Larger builds scale from there, and we give a concrete estimate after discovery.
Business email from ₹100 per mailbox a year, and a content-managed site from ₹8,500. There is no minimum engagement we hold you to; there is only whether the thing is worth building.
Yes. If a spreadsheet, a settings change or an off-the-shelf tool solves the problem, we say so on the first call. We would rather keep the relationship than sell you the project.
Typically 30 / 30 / 40 for fixed-price work and monthly for time and materials. An advance is required before kickoff.
Only the ones you choose. Every build includes 30 days of fixes. Beyond that, maintenance is optional and quoted separately, and you opt out rather than in. Third-party costs such as hosting, domains or ad spend are billed at cost.
Yes, as a monthly retainer covering monitoring, fixes and small changes. You can stop any month with 30 days of notice.
Occasionally, for founders we believe in. Never the default.
Before work begins, the advance is refunded in full. After it begins you are billed for the work completed and any balance already paid is refunded. Once a deliverable has been approved or taken live it is not refundable, and defects are fixed under warranty instead. The full terms are on the refund policy page.
What the first week looks like.
Send a short brief through the contact page, or call. We read it, come back within one business day, and put a 30-minute discovery call in the diary.
The problem in your own words, whatever constraints are real, and one person who can make decisions. Screenshots of what you use today are worth more than a specification.
No. The 30-minute discovery call is free, and if we conclude you do not need us we will say so on it.
For a small piece of work, days. For a build, the first deployable increment lands inside the first sprint, and there is something to open every week after that.
That is the normal case. Bring the symptom rather than the solution, and the discovery call exists to work out whether there is a project here at all.
The short version
- Starts at ₹8,500. Every service page carries its own price.
- A week to begin. Discovery often happens the week you call.
- 30 days of fixes with every build, and maintenance you opt out of.
- Your data is yours, exportable at any time.
