Introduction
This policy explains how Anuyog Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“Anuyog”, “we”, “our”) collects, uses, stores and protects personal data when you visit anuyogsoftwares.com, enquire about our services, or engage us for work. It applies to our website and to the services we deliver to clients. We collect only what we need to run our business, and we do not sell personal data to anyone.
Information we collect
Information you give us. Your name, business name, email address, phone number and the details of your enquiry when you fill a form on our website, write to us, or speak to us about a project. During an engagement we also hold the business information, content and credentials you share with us so that we can deliver the work.
Information collected automatically. Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and time spent, gathered through server logs and analytics tools to understand how the site is used.
Information from our clients’ systems. Where we build or maintain software for a client, we may process data held in that system on the client’s behalf and under their instructions. In those cases the client is the data fiduciary and we act as a processor.
How we use information
To respond to enquiries and prepare proposals; to deliver, support and maintain the services you have engaged us for; to raise invoices and collect payment; to communicate about your project, including service and billing notifications; to improve our website and services; and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. We send marketing communication only where you have asked for it, and every such message carries a way to opt out.
Payment information
We do not collect or store card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, net-banking credentials or bank account passwords. Payments are processed by RBI-authorised payment aggregators and banking partners, and any payment credentials you enter are handled directly by them under their own security standards and privacy policies. Where you authorise a recurring mandate (eNACH or UPI Autopay) for monthly billing, we retain only the mandate reference, the authorised maximum amount and the debit history needed to raise and reconcile invoices.
Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as long as the law requires. Enquiry data is retained while the enquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Client and billing records are retained for the period required under Indian tax and company law. On written request, and where no legal obligation requires us to keep it, we will delete data we hold about you.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access control, encryption in transit, restricted credential handling and regular backups of systems we operate. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take the protection of your information seriously and review our practices regularly.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete, delete data we no longer need to keep, or withdraw a consent you previously gave. Write to us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable period. Where we process data on behalf of a client, we will direct your request to that client, who controls it.
Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The current version is always published on this page with the date it was last updated. Material changes affecting existing clients will be communicated directly.
